I have hunted many years with a bow and arrow, a few with compound and more with traditional equipment.

My 1982 moose hunt in Alaska, the last year I shot a compound bow.

Never cover yourself in bacon grease and honey then fall asleep waiting for a bear to smell you.

My second bear, I had to chase him until he treed.

Primitive elk!  My bow is one I made from Ipe backed with black bamboo. The arrows I made

using wild rose shafts, wild turkey feathers, and obsidian arrow heads.
