I am by no means an expert in primitive or survival skills. I consider myself a student on a lifelong educational journey. I have many friends who are more experienced in primitive skills than I am, but I have hunted with a bow and arrow for 45 years, big game for 36 of those years. My experience in hunting and archery has always lead me to want to know more about the primitive peoples who made their living with the tools they made themselves. My friends have taught me much, and I have read books by authors who have inspired me to learn even more. I thank them all for their contribution to my life experiences.
